Contact and Location

The International Office des Medizinischen Versorgungszentrums (MVZ) des Universitätsklinikums Köln takes care of international patients who do not have German medical insurance. You can easily reach our team by phone or by email. In order to send us a request for diagnostics or treatment, please fill out our contact form.

Opening hours

Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In urgent cases, you can also contact us to make an appointment outside normal office hours. 

In order to ensure smooth and, more importantly, fast communication, please contact our team directly rather than the treating physicians at University Hospital Cologne.

Location

After your arrival at the clinic, we kindly ask you to present yourselves at the International Office. You will find us at Kerpener Straße 62, 50937 Köln, on the ground-floor, left at the main entrance, of the main building 8 of University Hospital Cologne.
